She then moved to a senior brand role at Procter & Gamble, owning the work from inside a Fortune 500 — strategy, P&L, and execution, end to end.
In 2026 she left P&G to launch Mader Management full-time. From her home base in Hyde Park, she takes on a small roster of clients and is in the room for every engagement.
