How we work together

Three ways of partnering, depending on the project, the timeline, and how much of a hand you need on the wheel.

01 / Project-Based

Project Leadership

Senior ownership of a defined initiative — from scoping through landing. A launch, a transformation, a post-merger integration, a go-to-market for a new line. One decision-maker on point.

8–20 Weeks Fixed Scope
02 / Retainer

Fractional Operator

Senior project leadership on retainer — embedded with your team, owning what's most important on the leadership team's plate that quarter. For companies not ready to hire a full-time VP.

Monthly 1–2 Days / Wk
03 / Ongoing

Advisory

A senior thought partner for founders and operating leaders. Monthly working sessions, quarterly reviews, and access between meetings to think through the harder calls.

About the Founder

Molly Mader

Founder & Principal

Mader Management is the consulting practice Molly built to do the work she loves most — leading complex, cross-functional projects for companies that need a senior operator in the room.

Before founding the firm, Molly came up through management consulting at Ernst & Young, where she advised consumer products and retail clients on multimillion-dollar transformations. She then moved to a senior brand role at Procter & Gamble, owning the work from inside a Fortune 500 — strategy, P&L, and execution, end to end.

In 2026 she left P&G to launch Mader Management full-time. From her home base in Hyde Park, she takes on a small roster of clients and is in the room for every engagement.

The Approach

How I work

Every engagement follows the same simple rhythm — built around real ownership and clear handoffs.

01

Listen

A first conversation about the project — what's stuck, what good looks like, where it has to land.

02

Plan

A clear scope, a real timeline, and a cadence that fits how your team actually works.

03

Land

Owning the project week to week — running the meetings, managing the team, getting it done.

Contact

Tell me about the project.

A few sentences on what you're working on — what's complex about it and what good looks like. I read every inquiry personally.
